Job Description



The National Account Manager (NAM) is responsible for managing the
customer/category day to day operations while delivering sales and
profitability targets for their account base. Maximize the availability
of our products in the appropriate channels of distribution consistent
with our brand strategy. Utilize leading edge data, information systems,
and metrics around financial, brand, and shopper trends to maximize
market share, sales, and profits through price optimization for Groupe
SEB and our customers. Build customer relationships at the buyer and
senior buyer levels and facilitates connectivity in other functional
areas including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
Specific duties include:

Deliver sales and profitability targets

Build customer relationships at the buyer level and facilitate
connectivity in other functional areas

Execute consumer and shopper driven strategies for their customers

Use data, information systems, and metrics around financial, brand, and
shopper trends to maximize market share, sales, and profits

Work with demand planning to develop accurate sales forecasts and
achieve specified levels of forecast accuracy

Monitor the competitors' brands and products as well as our market
share, competitor market share, and target market share to understand
shopper trends and opportunities and communicating to appropriate sales,
brand, and finance

Work with marketing to implement methods that assist our customers in
effectively and creatively winning with consumers, shoppers, end-users,
and purchasers through promotions, packaging and merchandising

Develop and execute Annual Business Plans that efficiently achieve
Groupe SEB eCommerce and Groupe SEB goals / objectives.


Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field

3 - 5 years of strategic sales experience

Heavy experience with driving ecommerce sales and profit and ability to
demonstrate this experience.

Persuasive / Sales Ability / Negotiation Skills

Initiative & follow-through

Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills - acute
attention to details

Strong project management skills

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and exceptional drive for

Advanced skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to
present data in an organized manner

Ability to manage and work with cross-functional teams
