Kindergarten Prep Teacher.

As a Kindergarten Prep Teacher you will:
Communicate regularly with parents to support, guide, and share in their
child's development
Guide your teaching team to develop classroom plans, goals, and hands-on
activities based on your observations of children's interests and
skills
Document and share the special moments and important milestones of the
children in your care

Must meet state and company minimum education and experience
requirements including:
At least six months of experience working with children in a
professional setting
At least 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED
A minimum of a CDA, Group Teacher Endorsement from the New Jersey
Registry for Childhood Professionals or an AA in ECE or Child
Development. Qualified candidates may also have 6 college credits in
ECE/Child Development and 9 college credits in Education, Psychology,
Health Care, Nursing or related field. Bachelors degree in ECE is
strongly preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
Pass required state and company background checks
