P&O Excellence Business Partner

Job Purpose
Work within the P&O USCO team to execute key enabling operation actions
to support the US Corporate Functions P&O team. Execute full cycle P&O
activities, focusing on standardization, high quality P&O support and
collectively owning processes that move the business forward. Provide
high quality cross-functional internal (P&O BP) and external (Line
Manager) consultation on key operational processes.
Major Accountabilities
\* P&O processes: Act as lead on operational processes for GCF P&O.
Execute non-P&O Service related P&O processes / activities, across GCF
Functions and ensures high quality standards. Leads or participates in
P&O process and projects to execute with efficiency.
\* Operational Business Partnering: Be a credible P&O Excellence
Partner, providing advice on P&O operations related matters. Ensure
customer satisfaction while focusing on qualitative and adequate service
delivery. Drives manager and employee self-sufficiency in people
processes.
\* Organizational Development: Support the execution and implementation
of organizational changes, in line with respective function strategy and
regulations / policies.
\* Talent Management: Supports P&O BPs where appropriate in the Talent
Management Process.
\* Reward: Execute reward and recognition activities, in line with local
policies / timelines.
\* Networking: Actively contributes ideas & solutions to the GCF P&O
team to facilitate collaboration for maximum effectiveness.

Minimum requirements
Education
\* Bachelor's Degree or College Degree required with relevant
experience.
Work Experience
\* Minimum 5 years+ relevant experience in HR, possessing a high degree
of operational execution knowledge and knowledge of P&O systems,
processes, and policies. Or having worked as a HR/P&O specialist (i.e. ,
HR Operations, HR Services).
\* HR Partnering experience is desirable coupled with HR Operations; or
HR Certification and significant project management experience.
\* Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to deliver
quality work whilst working autonomously with little direction.
\* Organizational savvy with a collaborative, business and project
management mindset.
\* Organizational knowledge and operational excellence orientation
required with an understanding of the business and an ability to
navigate a matrix and global organization.
Languages
\* Fluency in English required.
This is an East Hanover, NJ based role. Consideration may be given for
remote working arrangements. (There may be exceptions based on Legal
Entity registration).
