This role will report to the Director, Professional promotion, the
Associate Director, Marketing- NPP is responsible for the execution of
Next Generation Engagement and all non-personal promotion.

Responsibilities:
\* Lead Non Personal Promotions/digital channel strategy and execution
on the team
\* Plan and execute in an next generation engagement approach,
connecting field and digital tactics
\* Maximize medical expert engagement by offering educational content
across interactive formats and channels
\* Pull through campaign and brand strategy/content in non-personal
channels
\* Develop and execute non-personal tactics that cut through the noise
and activate HCPs
\* Strategy and input into the preparation of marketing plans
\* Initiate and collaborate with analytics on marketing mix model
\* Drive new insights through integration of information from
customers/patients
\* Collaborate closely with functional digital colleagues, lead work
with key agency partners

Minimum requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
\* A bachelor's degree required, advanced degree (MBA) preferred
\* Minimum of 5+ years pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare marketing
experience
o US, NPP/Digital, Oncology or Specialty Marketing experience is
strongly preferred
\* Proven ability to collaborate, operate, and influence
cross-functionally
\* Strong analytical, strategic thinking and project management skills
\* Proven leadership skills and presence in highly visible role with
proven business results
\* Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation skills, and
management of agencies
\* Self-starter with the ability to bridge marketing and science
