performing Senior Corporate Counsel - Property Management to provide
legal counsel and support to resolve national complex siting issues
impacting T-Mobile's network, and providing advice and counsel to
network executive leadership and their teams.

Responsibilities

Negotiate and draft complex agreements
Advise the business in assessing significant risks in the context of
broader strategic imperatives
Lead, implement and achieve legal team initiatives, including the
development or redesign of legal support processes to increase
efficiencies and better align to the needs of the business
Support Legal Team Leadership, including Legal Vice President, Director
and Managing Attorneys
Extensive experience resolving a high volume of real estate related
disputes with landlords and governmental entities (e.g., access issues,
bankruptcy, easement/trespass, condemnation/eminent domain, etc.),
generally without litigation and routinely under tight time
constraints
Draft and negotiate complex settlements via amendments and settlement
agreements
Draft and review complex estoppels and SNDAs
Review and interpret statutory and decisional law
Develop and conduct trainings of peers and business partners
Team player with excellent written, verbal communication, critical
thinking and analytical skills.
Strong time management skills with emphasis on process efficiencies
Results oriented leader with executive maturity to render legal advice
to senior leaders and executive management.
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple responsibilities and
effectively manage complex projects.
Managerial, litigation and alternative dispute resolution experience a
plus
Cost effective management of outside counsel
Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
Admission and licensed by a state bar
Minimum 7 years of on point real estate experience in law firm and/or
corporate legal department
Strong time management skills
Strong executive maturity
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Collaborate with other legal and business professionals in a complex
organization with a focus on delivering results efficiently
Keen business sense with strong judgment, negotiation, drafting and
decision making skills and the ability to work independently
Strong prioritization and execution skills
Results-oriented and customer-focused
Ability to work efficiently, meet demanding deadlines, and balance
multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Qualifications

JD degree
Legally authorized to work in the US
