JLL seeks an accomplished marketing professional to develop and deliver marketing strategies for the core services represented by the Northeast Industrial (NEI) and New Jersey (NJ) businesses. NEI includes brokerage, capital markets, property management and project management. NJ includes brokerage, consulting, retail, property management and project management. The qualified candidate will work collaboratively with local Marketing leadership to execute objective-driven programs and initiatives that align with executive management priorities, advance the JLL brand and generate qualified leads for the business.
The role will require a strong content orientation. The right candidate will be proficient in both technical and creative writing and easily able to evaluate and refine existing materials for expanded activations or to "ground-up" develop content against specific topics and themes.
The role will take advantage of a robust and established process/procedural framework to ensure transparency and compliance with tracking and measurement protocols.
Lastly, the role will require a level of autonomy in the execution of initiatives and tasks once a collaborative process defines the prioritized strategy. A candidate that is resourceful, nimble and willing to own delivering results will find tremendous satisfaction and success as a partner in this role.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement marketing initiatives and activities that promote the JLL brand and generate leads across the key NEI and NJ business lines
Create and execute integrated marketing strategies based on business priorities
Leverage a spectrum of channels: digital, social, events, PR, advertising, sponsorships, campaigns, etc.
Partner with research to identify, develop and deliver thought leadership campaigns for key client segments
Develop content in support of a variety of marketing activities including digital campaigns, brochure development, direct mail campaigns, special projects, etc.
Develop and manage events that originate in the NEI/NJ markets
Develop, implement, and track marketing initiatives and budgets
Curate content from national channels to showcase and promote to key client segments
Manage content development and mining for local and national social media channels
Serve as the liaison between National Marketing partners and local business needs and requirements
Align local market needs and requirements and national objectives and initiatives to minimize redundant efforts and maximize efficacy, efficiency, and consistency
Develop a strong partnership with your direct manager to ensure a strong collaborative dynamic that allows the exploration of new and innovative ideas
Master internal processes and procedures to advance local marketing efforts and comply with transparent reporting protocols
Ensure the timely delivery of quality work product and programs
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 5-7+ years of directly applicable experience in marketing
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in marketing, communications or similar concentration
Knowledge and experience within the commercial real estate sector required
Strong content orientation and proficiency for technical and creative writing
Experience managing initiatives and programs across traditional and digital marketing channels
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to organize use of time in a fast-paced environment, completing multiple projects simultaneously
Precise attention to details around processes and execution
