Provides exceptional technical, analytical and implementation support to clients. Supports technical implementation, troubleshooting and problem resolution of Avaya UC products. Self-directed, making major contributions to teams, and contributes significantly to client satisfaction.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and upgrading Avaya CM - Core, ESS and LSPs.
Configuring G650s Cabinets, G430 /G450 Media Gateways and AMS (Media Server).
Able to standup CM and configure the solution based on approved design documents.
Able to install and configure AADS (Avaya Aura Device Services) as an utility server.
Understanding the usage of Avaya Provision Tool.
Understanding of Dial-plan changes, site mergers etc.
Basic understanding of end to end SIP protocols and configuration of SIP Users.
Basic understanding of internal and external certificates along with installation of certificates in the solution.
Prepare and execute on Project Test Plans during UAT/Cutover, perform troubleshooting as required
Ability to integrate CM with SMGR/SM and other adjunct solutions.
Well versed with Linux commands.
Must Have -
Good written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter and capable of working independently
Quick learning ability to learn future skills as per business requirement
Able to work in flexible hours
ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS
5 - 8 Years of proven experience with complex technology systems
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Must be Detail Oriented.
Time Management and Self Management skills expected.
Must be effective in a virtual working environment.
VMware knowledge preferred
Understanding of basic networking principals required
Must have a strong customer focus
Tier 1- and 2-level troubleshooting skills.
Ability to present oneself in a professional manner at all times.
Cross-organizational effectiveness and thought leadership.
Excellent English oral and written skills
Potential travel may be required occasionally
Bachelor's degree in either Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a technical-related field, plus proven work-related experience.
