ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This position is remote in the U.S. Applicants must already be located in the U.S. and this role is not eligible for sponsorship. We are looking for an experienced portfolio leader with a track record for driving new services capabilities from initial concept to successful delivery and market leadership. As the Services Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for executing the vision, strategy, release planning and roadmap for services across Avaya's solution portfolio that includes multiple deployment options such as premise-based, cloud, subscription, and hybrid.
You will work with a team of seasoned product managers, delivery leaders, sales, marketing and other key GTM teams on the evolution of the services offers and effectively communicating this vision with customers, partners and employees.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop the services vision and strategy across multiple Avaya's solution areas that delivers differentiated capabilities for voice, collaboration, contact center, AI, CPaaS, innovation applications and ecosystem integration.
Responsible for the end-to-end services portfolio lifecycle, from defining market needs, roadmap, release planning, functional specifications to customer adoption and new services introduction success.
Work directly with customers, partners, end users, product management, service delivery teams and other stakeholders to define and communicate a cohesive roadmap.
Help influence speedy decision-making with services delivery teams and product management to successfully execute the product and professional services strategy and launch for Avaya OneCloud and Business Communication Solutions.
Collect and ensure the translation of customer requirements and use cases into functional offer designs.
Help create content for product marketing materials and proof of concept customer engagements for successful customer journey transformation.
Track performance and pipeline growth for the portfolio, working in strong collaboration with our GTM organizations to track success and adopter trends.
ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS
Strong experience in communication systems, contact center solutions and cloud architecture.
Demonstrated offer management experience in any/all Services offers including professional services, managed services, support services, custom applications, and integration services.
Knowledge of the competitive landscape.

Strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, up to CxO level.
Professionalism, enthusiasm, and ability to work across a matrixed organization
Full time with opportunities to work flexibly and/or remotely, minimum travel required.
Bachelors or master's degree or equivalent experience.
