Provide executive support to Senior Vice President and management team
Possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to complete projects in deadline driven environment
Possess strong confidentiality and professionalism
Schedules and coordinates appointments, schedules, etc.
Plans, arranges and handles logistics for travel, meetings and off site functions
Produces information, prepares reports and presentations
Mobility needs you
5+ years in a corporate environment at the executive level
Strong sense of efficiency, must be self-motivated, well organized and detail orientated
Handles confidential information with a high level of discretion
Capacity to interface with personnel at all levels in the organization (onsite, customers, corporate, etc)
Well-developed business sense and dedicated work ethic to deliver high standards of excellence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Display professional demeanor and poise under pressure
Collaborative team player but sometimes have to act as gatekeeper
Proficient knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Power Point
Proofread communication of all types
Manage incoming mail and packages and prepare outgoing mail and packages
Coordinate events, conference room set-up, and catering
Must maintain discretion regarding confidential information that passes through the office
