YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Associate Director Digital Strategy, are to:
Serve as the digital generalist / business partner to a brand team, designing go to market digital plans and successfully executing them in-market;
Create and manage key portions of the overall digital plan, understanding how they support and interact with the larger ecosystem;
Be the nternal evangelist for prioritized initiatives;
Rally internal resources to develop customer engagement plans, launch/implement campaigns (including business rules, etc.), track/measure/optimize programs to achieve optimal results and business value;
Identify proactively need for additional resources from Digital Strategy and Operations or other cross-functional partners to accomplish objectives;
Define and execute a digital learning agenda in partnership with Data Science and Advanced Analytics on experiment design and analysis, embracing a "test and learn" approach;
Champion a customer perspective, ensuring projects meet or exceed customer expectations as well as internal performance measures;
Partner with internal colleagues and external agencies/stakeholders to make use of best practices, shared services, and Bayer economies of scale;
Manage budgeting and timelines for select projects.

Bachelor's degree with 7+years of business experience;
Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics (e.g. websites, email, paid media, social media, SEO, mobile apps, etc.) and the technology platforms that enable them;
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences alike;
Robust analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and identify efficiencies or areas of improvement;
Track record of successfully delivering customer digital engagement initiatives on-time and on- budget with proven customer engagement and business results (e.g. ROI);
Skilled relationship-builder and cross-functional collaborator, able to manage priorities and drive results across a broad set of internal and external stakeholders.
M.B.A. or relevant graduate degree;
3+years of digital strategy or digital marketing experience;
Pharmaceutical (agency or in-house) experience.
