Aon Is Looking for A Communications Specialist As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Health Solutions business group within Aon Risk Solutions. As a Communications Specialist you will report directly to the Director of Communications Services. While we have a preference for someone in New Jersey, we are open to this role being worked 100% virtually in any location in the Continental United States. Your Impact as A Communications Specialist Job Responsibilities: The person in this role will work on the Health and Benefits Communications Team to support the development of templated market-leading solutions that enable Aon to deliver a coordinated customer experience, realize cost efficiencies, and ultimately reach people, inspire action, and empower results. This specialist will be a core member of the team that edits, and delivers benefit guide booklets, posters, postcards, wallet cards and other communication materials for our clients using our templated products. Communications Updating Communications materials will be edited using Adobe InDesign software application. Requested edits comprise primarily of routine operations such as: text editing, picture replacement, and paragraph relocation. However more sophisticated edits such as chart creation, margin re-alignment and print setting adjustments are not uncommon. Peer Review All edits to any of the communications materials need to be peer reviewed by another colleague to ensure accuracy, completeness, and accurate, formatting before sending back to the client team. You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience: 1-3 years' experience in an office environment (includes internship experience) Experience with MS Office Strong organizational skills Ability to edit communication documents Ability to work within multiple projects at one time Preferred Experience: Adobe InDesign Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications or Graphic Design or equivalent years of proven experience. The salary range for this position is $49,600 to $66,100 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
