Key responsibilities

*Assist with performance management by Analysing KPI and other CX data to identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and drive improvements
*Applies expert knowledge about specific analytic methods & tools to deploy innovative solutions and introduce automation
*High level of customer-focus including customer-specific KPIs, CSLS (Satisfaction) & VOC analysis
*Assist with capacity management by tracking and forecasting customer volumes & trends
*Ensure proper financial controls are in-place to identify areas of high cost, waste and/or revenue leakage including analysis related to waivers, longstandings & billing
*Ability to gather and understand requirements. Source and analyse the relevant data and coordinate with the NAM CI Data team to deliver solutions which are easily adopted, owned and actioned by the business
*Ability to leverage internal and external resources and best practices through networking and collaboration
*Provides solution design options, recommendations and assist in the final selection & delivery of the chosen solution
*Coordinate with CX Leaders to capture incoming data-related project requests for both new solution requests and on-going enhancements. Responsible for working alongside of the CI Data team to assess effort & benefit (Data Pipeline Management)
*Often required to work in a project environment where timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholder management are critical
*Act as a trusted partner to the CX leadership team and provide regular updates to management and key stakeholders. Communicate/escalate issues in a timely manner. Be transparent with any changes to scope, timelines or budget

We are looking for

*At least 5 years relevant work-experience managing & analyzing data and using insights to implement improvements
*Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Statistics, Finance, Information / Data Science preferred
*Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 - advanced Excel skills required. Proficiency in MS Access a plus
*Demonstrate a proven track record and willingness to learn quickly, find solutions and apply learnings to current business challenges
*Advanced Excel Skills required. Proficiency in MS Access a plus
*Proven record in building strong relationships and stakeholder networks
*A strong team player but also able to work independently
*Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders
*Solid organizational & follow-up skills including attention to detail & ability to multi-task
*Results/deadline-oriented, analytical, and innovative
