Reporting to the Executive Director of Master Data Management and Data Quality, this position will person will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of data in the data ecosystem and driving the adoption and usage of Data Products across Oncology Business Unit. This role is expected to collaborate with Brand, Analytics, Field Force, CRM partners, among others.
What will you be responsible for?
\* Build on strategy, vision, and roadmap for a data quality management framework
\* Collaborate closely with Franchises, Analytics teams, Field Force Operations, Reporting, Data Enablement, MDM, and other partners to ensure clarity of business needs and how data is consumed and utilized
\* Collaborate closely with Master Data and Data Enablement teams to drive the design of DQ checks for new implementations and upgrades
\* Lead and drive the implementation of DQ dashboards across OBU managed data products to identify data anomalies early; Conduct timely communication with key partners on data issues and develop tactical and strategic mitigation steps.
\* Set up data quality monitoring processes and schedule regular 'health check' reviews for data product managers and owners
\* Partner with the brand, finance, and functional areas to understand data challenges and orchestrate processes and procedures to ensure issues are resolved. Working closely with data enablement team, ensure fit for use of data available for Analytics, Finance and Sr. leadership in analytics dashboards
\* Drive multi-functional efforts to improve quality of data, process efficiency, and effectiveness across the data ecosystem
\* As a member of the MDM and DQ team, partner to attract, empower, retain and develop talent and build a culture of high performers
\* Build and mentor talent and drive a continuous improvement mindset within the team

What will you bring to the role?
\* B.S. in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Business or other technical degrees. MS or MBA preferred
\* Minimum 10 years of analytics experience required and demonstrated ability in healthcare analytics
\* Solid grasp of Oncology data landscape (Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Real World, etc.)
\* Solid understanding of Pharmaceutical Data including - Digital Data; Syndicated data vendors (IQVIA, Symphony); Specialty Pharmacy dispense data; Hub data; Distribution data; Finance data
\* Minimum 5 years of project management and/or team leadership experience required
\* Demonstrated expertise and knowledge in healthcare data and supporting commercial and medical needs
\* Hands-on experience with data querying and analytic platforms, preferably SQL, Python, R, or Alteryx
\* Demonstrable ability to work in a matrixed organization, manage multiple projects, and be accountable for individual results
\* Effective project management skills, as demonstrated by on-time, on-budget project delivery.
\* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
