Key responsibilities

Sitting within our Sales and Marketing function, and in partnership with our wider business, this role will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing all digital marketing campaigns across all verticals and customers segments for the Maersk business in North America.

1.Digital Marketing
\*Oversee all aspects of our digital marketing initiatives, including but not limited to campaign development and execution, budgeting, reporting, external and internal vendor management and overall growth initiatives
\*Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry and develop appropriate cost benefit analysis for the potential implementation of the same

2.Marketing Strategy Execution
\*Work closely with the regional Head of Marketing in the development of the regional digital marketing strategy. Align set strategy to the overall business objectives
\*Work closely with key stakeholders, primarily Centre marketing, Regional Sales and Product leadership teams

3.Campaign Development
\*Work with internal stakeholders to plan, create and launch creative campaigns
\*Be the primary owner of the content strategy for all digital channels
\*Partner with the insights team to ensure all campaign execution accounts for both the relevant market and customer insights
\*Prepare and report on overall campaign performance

4.Social Media Platforms
\*Plan and manage our social media platforms
\*Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience
\*Be Sales primary partner in optimizing their usage of LinkedIn sales navigator

5.Digital Sales
\*Be responsible for all digital sales efforts for our digital products
\*Work with digital product sales leaders in the setting of growth targets and with their sales teams on all bottom of the funnel activities

We are looking for

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working within a dynamic environment managing multiple workstreams. You should apply if you:

\*Bachelors or master's degree in marketing or related discipline
\*10+ years of marketing experience
\*Strong leadership and communication skills
\*Enjoy working in a fast-paced and ideally have experience of operating in dynamic cross-border environments
\*Proven ability to understand customers and infusing the knowledge into the outcomes
\*Possess exceptional organisational ability, able to reprioritise and juggle tasks as needed
\*Familiarity with online content marketing and planned proactive social media activity
\*Proficient with CRM systems
