Associate Director, Creative & Digital Account Lead

150+ associates are part of our CONEXTS Creative & Digital (C&D) team based in US, Ireland, India and Mexico. We are Novartis' full service internal agency that supports our clients with everything from strategy, creative/messaging development, and innovative design solutions right through to deployment. The way that our brands interact with our customers has never been more important. As an Account Lead, Associate Director you will:

  1. Directly impact the marketing efforts within US & Global Oncology businesses
  2. Identify strategic opportunities that motivate Oncology businesses to engage with our internal expertise that inspire and direct bold tactical ideas
  3. Drive synergies across C&D that with amplify our value and offerings to allow deeper partnership throughout the Oncology businesses
    We are looking for a collaborative, flexible, and curious individual, passionate about the US & Global healthcare space and digital, who can take our account partnership program offering to the next level.
    Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    \*Active strategic account management through deep engagement with internal customers providing strategic recommendations to support organizational and brand bold ambitions
    \*Play an active role in business development including collaboration across CONEXTS service groups and C&D creative, strategic and digital teams identifying new opportunities for a holistic, end-to-end approach
    \*Active stakeholder management with key brand teams, digital engagement leads, MLR leads, procurement, TT deepening partnership across franchises
    \*Autonomous business ownership with oversight to addressing new business opportunities, customer concerns, and vendor partnership
    \*Play a critical role to driving omnichannel programs spanning both global and US teams through collaboration with digital engagement strategists and omnichannel specialists

    \*Ongoing financial management ensuring workflow processes are accurate to ensure tactical pull through and seamless execution
    \*Ensure highest quality of communication plans, creative design, and digital initiatives with alignment to strategic imperatives
    \*Define effective and innovative solutions including go-to-market communication plans & marketing programs

Minimum requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
\*Education: Minimum of a bachelors degree preferably in Marketing or related field.
\*5+ years experience in either creative/digital agency and/or deep brand experience in Pharma.
\*Skills required include: Strategic client services/management, project management, operational expertise, and program execution.
\*Excellent cross-functional skills. Ability to work and lead a cross-functional team in a matrix environment
\*Strong global experience that drives efficiencies from global to local implementation
\*Must have a working knowledge of omnichannel engagement strategy that drives efficiency through channel optimization
