As a Client Implementation/Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for leading the onboarding of customers and network members onto the TradeLens platform. You will become a TradeLens subject matter expert learning all aspects of the platform to answer critical integration questions. We have multiple openings and are targeting individuals who have various experience in the container shipping sector working for ports, carriers, freight forwarders, intermodal providers and/or BCOs.
You will directly lead the onboarding process, assisting new clients with their account setup and data migration to ensure implementation success with the industry leading TradeLens platform.

\*Lead and drive the integration of the client into the TradeLens network and platform
\*Ensure implementation of appropriate electronic data and information flows between the client and the TradeLens platform
\*Serve as a liaison between the Client and the overall Onboarding team; gather and document business and data mapping requirements for the integration of the client's systems into the TradeLens platform
\*Conduct workshops, map business processes, and understand and document client IT system, data, information flow and documentation requirements
\*Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
\*Support and align efforts to meet client and overall TradeLens needs, and identify improvement opportunities
\*Collaborate closely with the Onboarding team members to implement and test the integration, and provide necessary support to client testers during the QA process
\*Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, workshops, project summaries and updates.
\*Create and help maintain project schedules, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the onboarding lifecycle and providing timely reporting of issues
\*Meet with stakeholders to regularly review Onboarding deliverables and deadlines
\*Manage client relationships and expectations, and execute communication plans
\*Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others
\*Manage Onboarding documentation (e.g. functional requirements, technical specifications, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan) and contribute to the Onboarding Methodology refinement
We are looking for
\*Bachelor's Degree; ideally in Logistics/International Trade, Supply Chain or Management
\*5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst/ Solution Architect in B2B IT system integration projects
\*Familiar with Shipping Industry & Supply Chain landscape
\*Strong project management skills
\*Strong client service orientation and ability to be credible with senior clients in this area
\*Comfortable with presenting and leading workshops to help clients design solutions
\*Creative and analytical mindset; possesses keen listening skills
\*Creative problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity
\*Able to present and describe technical functionalities to those less versed in technology
\*Ease and comfort in presenting to all levels of an organization
\*Proficient in translating business requirements to technical specifications
\*Highly collaborative team player, yet able to function well independently
\*Proficiency with Rest API technologies, XML, JSON, Industry EDI, modern Integration tools e.g APP Connect, Data Analysis/SQL, Business Intelligence tools like Tableau
\*Fluent in both English and Spanish
