LMI is seeking a skilled SAP Architect - Supply Chain located at Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey. A successful LMI SAP Architect - Supply Chain will demonstrate competency in project executive and supply chain management while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior.

Assess supply chain operations, identify opportunities for enhancement, and devise solutions.
Examine new initiatives and existing processes for opportunities and propose enhanced tools, policies, and procedures.
Analyze existing system-support supply chains (including, inventory management, maintenance, and distribution)
Apply critical and analytical thinking skills to translate complex information into understandable and impactful work products.
Perform data analysis, develop briefings and papers for all levels of leadership, and conduct research in support of supply chain initiatives.
Integrate SAP solutions across demand planning, supply planning, maintenance, manufacturing, remanufacturing, inventory and warehouse management, distribution, acquisition, pay roll, finance, funds management, PLM business processes
Implement solutions using SAP ECC, SCM, EWM, HANA, BI, PI, MII, GRC and CAMS
Integrate SAP solutions across other DOD ERPs/ SAP solutions
Lead sustainment related activities and challenges
Develop and deliver architectural work-products and deliverables such as gap analysis, business process models, BPR recommendations, design reviews etc.
Present architectures, solution design /approaches to customers & stakeholders and get approvals
Lead/support architecture reviews and other similar review boards on large projects
Develop basis of estimates and program schedule for multiple solution alternatives
Support Army compliance related to GRC & FFMIA and audits from agencies such as AAA, GAO, Do DIG
Undergraduate degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or equivalent experience. Graduate degree preferred.
15 plus years of SAP experience with five plus as architect in Army supply chain
At least five full implementation project/deployment lifecycle experience with solution architect on three of them
Experience as Program lead architect in at least one SAP full lifecycle implementation
Extensive experience with implementing solutions using SAP ECC, SCM, EWM, HANA, BI, PI, MII, GRC and CAMS
Strong experience in using SAP modules to include SD, MM, PP, SCP, LO, PM, FI,CO,FM
Experience in using SAP technical environment to include ABAP debugger, LSMW, SAP Query etc.
Strong experience with interfacing tools/technologies such as IDOCs, BAPIs, ALEs & RFCs and SAP PI/ MII
Extensive experience in MRO and complex distribution SAP implementations
Experience in supporting Army compliance related to GRC & FFMIA and audits from agencies such as AAA, GAO, Do DIG
Extensive knowledge with the Integrated Life Cycle Support (ILS) technology of system engineering and its use to lower a product life cycle cost and decrease demand for logistics by the maintenance system optimization to ease the product support.
Extensive knowledge of sustainment optimization and simulation techniques.
Ability to develop differentiated logistics solutions
Highly organized, systematic, and proactive in managing quality and exceeding client/customer expectations.
Knowledge of the interaction/integration of maintenance (field and depot within Army enterprise) and supply chain planning.
Understanding of supply chain risk concepts
High energy, enthusiasm, tact, ability to effectively interact with senior executives from Government and industry.
Strong LMP lifecycle experience
Secret clearance required
