As part of a global team you will play a key role in protecting Bayer. You will have overall responsibility for setting strategy and providing a framework for Cyber Security Third Party Risk Management (TPRM).

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Third Party Risk Management Lead, are to:

Develop, manage and maintain a cybersecurity Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) strategy and process in close cooperation with risk assessment and compliance teams;
Promote and coordinate with key stakeholders in the Divisions and Enabling Functions to align strategies;
Develop an escalation and third party incident response strategy;
Develop TPRM technology standards, automation, report dashboards, and metrics;
Present regular status reports to CRSM management;
Engage with the community of industry peers around cyber security TPRM.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information system or a related field with at least eight years of experience in the IT industry OR a High School Diploma with 12 years of IT experience;
Wide experience in developing customer-centric solutions;
Strong experience in standard IT Risk Management frameworks;
Knowledge and experience in change management for global environments;
Ability to demonstrate thought leadership;
Performance driven nature;
Excellent analytical and problem solving capability;
Demonstrate strong business minded consultative approach with focus on profitability and margin;
Proven leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills as well as experience in managing matrix organizations;
Ability to operate in a highly matrixed organization;
Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
