YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, are to:
Partner with a cross-functional team which includes Marketing, Customer Business Insight Lead, Field Effectiveness Lead, Field Leadership, Segmentation & Targeting and Incentive Strategy Leads to assess, develop and measure key performance indicators providing actionable insights to direct field sales drive growth.
Proactively identify business opportunities and insights through data mining, sales trending, market events and loss of exclusivity analyses. Compiles, analyzes, and reports field historical and current performance to Field leadership providing explanations on outcomes, opportunities, and recommendations, drives execution at subnational level
Develops and analyzes competitive activity, customer, and market trends using internal and external sources such as Sales, Calls, Patient Claims, Market Access, etc. data with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) functions using a database querying language such as SQL, Alteryx, etc.or a relevant data wrangling tools
Provides strategical and analytical support in aligning incentive strategy with Sales and Marketing Strategies e.g., customer segmentation, targeting, territory alignment, specialty pharmacy, specialty distributor, tele-health, mail-order impact and prioritization, pull-through, formulary access, reimbursement, discount pricing e.g., 340B and assessment of off-label sales ensuring
Responsible for assessing historical sales data and market trends to develop forecasts and projections with EPI models, Exponential Smoothing, or other forecasting and simulation techniques developing reports levering one of the data visualizations tools such as Tableau or Excel, showing expected sales and the potential results of new strategies to aid in decision-making and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
Understand structured and unstructured business objectives and brand strategy and transcribe into structured business rules for launch and mature brands to create sales opportunities
Develops, maintain, and operationalize on going field reporting and field alerts needs

Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of relative work experience with 5+in the healthcare environment.
Ability to appropriately challenge "prevailing wisdom," ensuring decisions and assumptions are based on best available information.
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of field sales and business
Strong research and data analysis skills.
Familiarity with commercial data sources used in healthcare industry.
Programming/Coding proficiency SQL and CRM software
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as demonstrable in oral management presentations, succinct PowerPoint stories and layout, as well as structured syntheses and recommendations.
Deep knowledge of the US Healthcare and Market Access environment across multiple segments (Contracting, Pricing, MCO, PBM, SPP, Wholesaler/Distributor, Retail, Federal/State payers, etc.), and therapeutic areas specific to Cardiorenal.
Strong analysis skills with experience in Field, HCP, or Account analysis
Projection and forecasting skills, a plus.
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
