The Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Operations Manager is responsible for management and operation of directory and authentication technologies supporting Zoetis' customer-facing web presence. Based on SAP's Consumer Data Cloud (aka Gigya), these services provide underlying registration, sign-on, and password management capabilities to several product and country web sites, eCommerce, BillPay, eLearning and Rewards portals, as well as several mobile applications. The primary responsibility is managing the day-to-day operations, gathering, and translating requirements into something actionable. The Operations Manager will be charged with developing and sustaining operational process and will work with the rest of the CIAM team to create efficient workflows while responding to the needs of applications consuming CIAM services.

CIAM Integration:
Manage day-to-day CIAM operations, ensuring that all planned development aligns with Global CIAM Strategy and approach
Maintain high quality integrations for all global stakeholders and business units
Work directly with technologists, partners, and application owners to onboard/integrate and support applications
Identify and document the business and functional requirements with application teams
Work with the Development manager to provide technical requirements to the Dev Team
Manage issue resolution process with Dev and application teams
Coordinate release planning between application and Dev teams
Engage and drive vendor support
Ensure compliance with relevant corporate policies and international regulations (including GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

CIAM Documentation Function:
Maintain the Program Master Documentation library, establishing/baselining, sustaining practices to ensure format conformity is maintained
Support the integrity of the Master Data Schema with updates as they emerge
Work with Development team to compose implementation documentation, including application side integration architecture
Regularly audit documents to ensure that alignment is maintained

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a recognized and relevant technical or business-related field, or equivalent practical experience
Customer and Identity and Access Management Project Management experience is desirable
5-6+ years of experience working as a technical project manager
3+ years of experience working with SaaS, or in start-up organizations
Experience with Customer Identity Management Solutions for Web and Mobile Applications: Gigya/SAP CDC, Janrain, Okta, etc., and/or web authentication methods: SAML, OAuth, cookie based, Social Login a plus
Working knowledge of EU GDPR, CCPA, and similar global privacy regulations, with a focus on consent & cookie management
Experience managing global projects
Experience leading projects in agile software development methodology and lean startup approach
Experience working with creative and technical project teams with a natural curiosity and a drive for innovation.
Experience working in pharma, life sciences, or other regulated industry is a plus
