Job Description

Job Purpose
To provide program management, facilitation and support of the cross-divisional new hire on-boarding program/process in the US (Best Start). To provide an engaging, memorable, productive and efficient on-boarding experience for new hires, rehires, transfers and contract conversions across the divisions in the US

Major Accountabilities

Manage On-boarding Program(s):
\* Support the vision and strategy for on-boarding - continuously enhancing and evolving with the needs of the company and our new hires - keep the program(s) 'evergreen' in line with the Best Start brand
\* Work with the On-boarding Lead, on-boarding steering committee and extended teams in order to incorporate new on-boarding needs and enhancements into practice
\* Partner with CTS TAS & People Partnering and the divisions to improve the overall pre-boarding, on-boarding and post-boarding processes. Partner with Finance, IT, Facilities, ERC, Speak Up Office, D&I and other teams involved in the on-boarding process to ensure their information and delivery is at the highest standard. Organize and deliver P&O country communications around on-boarding
\* Handle administrative tasks around on-boarding to include but not limited to new hire databases, I-9 administrative tasks, HR systems, communications, materials and emails
\* Ensure current content for all onboarding SharePoint sites and resources for ease of use by associates. Develop agreed project plans, training materials and syllabi as well as reporting and metrics for on-boarding
\* Develop content for and ensure timely delivery of reports, requests for data and presentations around on-boarding to NBS, CoEs, LT's and senior management as required
\* Support On-boarding Lead/Facilitator with Steering Committee coordination, speaker and guest scheduling and updating of content as well as communications and budget
\* Facilitate segments of onboarding programs and provide back up for lead facilitator for all on-boarding programs (Best Start, Focus Groups, etc)

Minimum requirements

Education
\* Bachelor's degree required. Project Management experience desirable

Work Experience
\* Minimum 7+ years' experience in managing learning or on-boarding programs
\* Excellent communication skills, engagement & facilitation skills and communication expertise. Experience working in virtual teams, in cross-divisional projects and managing sharepoint sites
\* Demonstrated strong project management and project leadership experience, with solid technical skills and an understanding of a variety of human resource related tools. Experience working with talent management systems, learning systems and related processes
\* Stakeholder management capability - an ability to interact and influence at senior leadership levels across divisions, functions and sites. Ability to adapt style to communicate at all levels of the organization
\* Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong results oriented and drive to succeed and a demonstrated track-record of collaboration/teamwork
\* Ability to manage and influence across a cross-functional and cross-divisional matrix organization. Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to recognizing needs and anticipating issues and solving problems

Languages
\* Fluency in English required, both excellent oral and written communications skills. Strong collaborative and communicative skills

This is an East Hanover, NJ based role. Consideration may be given for remote working arrangements in the US (There may be exceptions based on Legal Entity registration)
