Selective Insurance seeks Senior Pega Specialist to provide business solutions and support for web-based applications, focusing on architecture, design and delivery of Pega BPM solutions. Position duties include meeting with business unit reps to define and evaluate automation needs, develop, design and analyze systems, programs and implementation schedules, unit testing on built solution for seamless SIT execution, validate functionality and implementation of code and planning and performing full range of programming actions for end-results on complex problems.

Requires: B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or similar plus five years’ experience designing and developing web-based apps on Pega platform. The position also requires experience with analyzing and translating requirements into technical design, troubleshooting, migrating data to Pega, design and code reviews, and knowledge of Java, J2EE and PRPC.
