Role Description
The CRM Sales-Service Effectiveness and Change Management Lead will report to the US CRM & Marketing Automation Team Lead. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, Customer Service, Sales, Technical Service Teams, Operations, etc.) to help transform our CRM Engagement from Reactive to Proactive. This position is HQ-based in Parsippany, NJ office, however US remote locations may be considered. The primary responsibility of this role is to improve utilization of our CRM Sales and Service tools across the US Commercial userbase. Key focus to expand the understanding of tools, simplify learning and adoption, and turbo charge our Sales & Service Champions to be Super Users/Peer Advocates.

In this role, we need a self-motivated individual who is eager to contribute and learn. This candidate should have strong leadership and interpersonal skills and enjoys working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. By developing an understanding of the business and our CRM userbase needs, this person will play a key role in helping colleagues understand and leverage new features and functions of our CRM platform. Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Contact Management is ideal, along with the skills to execute plans with keen attention to detail and timing.

Understand business processes and procedures supported by the CRM system, end-to-end Salesforce functionality, and integrations between other systems
Build effective partnerships with multiple business stakeholders and act as liaison between them and the CRM Team
Suggests standards for design to ensure consistency in format of learning solutions rolled out to our CRM sales and service userbase
Develops continuous CRM engagement sustainability programs to improve adoption and knowledge of the tool capabilities
Work closely with our Learning & Development colleagues to drive the learning roadmap and fill the gaps in current CRM education materials
Continuous review of current CRM learning materials to enhance, revise, and update as needed
Partner with CRM and L&D team to manage vendors for outsourced learning solutions
Align with CRM product owners and business subject matter experts to develop learning materials for initial product implementations, ongoing enhancements, and implement KPIs to measure product success
Identify needs for Change Management and upskilling and deliver accordingly
Focus on delivering clear and consistent communications to promote new capability - tool launches / updates to manage the change with key stakeholders
Analyze usage metrics, feedback, and user behavior to continually look for impactful opportunities to improve tactics and approach to drive adoption of current CRM products
Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to troubleshoot project roadblocks and proactively seek solutions to meet deadlines
Identify ways to improve for end users on an ongoing basis to improve usability

4-7 years of CRM experience, specifically focused on Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud in a B2B organization
Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills, especially in the context of documentation and training
Entrepreneurial in mindset and goal oriented (self-directed, proactive, and able to define and execute projects independently)
Demonstrated ability in applying adult learning principles
Preferred Experience on any Digital Adoption Platforms like WalkMe or WhatFix
Ability to facilitate and deliver content (face to face and virtual)
Preferred Experience in learning technology to design, develop, and implement learning solutions (familiarity with Articulate 360, Camtasia or equivalent video editing software)
Ability to fully manage multiple projects simultaneously end to end
Ability to communicates project status to management and business leads
Bachelor's degree required
