In this role you will bring market insights on diverse legal technology solutions and will manage the exploration, sourcing and contracting phase of the external engagements. Your value contribution will have its highest impact in the use of technological solutions in the litigation area, such as but not limited to the eDiscovery. You will work very closely with Legal department to develop strategies to shape and serve the legal services demand in the future. You will craft the right connections between our internal business needs and external networks. After finding and contracting with the right partner, you will also directly manage relevant supplier base and manage the whole contractual lifecycle to ensure delivery of promised impact. Successful partnership in your area of responsibility means deeper and better insights into our legal matters and a timely, effective decision making which will allow our business to focus their energy in delivering our core value proposition to our customers, consumers and patients

Key Working Relation:
Reports to the Category Lead Litigation
Relevant Stakeholders: Senior Management, Legal Services and CFO community
Procurement internal relations with SSO and Governance & Enabling
External: Collaborates and manages interface with external service provider for his/her area of responsibility
Key and strategic suppliers as well as selected base suppliers in the region
Qualification & Competencies:
\* You understand the broadest definition of value to include not only cost focus but also supply security, risk mitigation, innovation as well as cashflow improvement.
\* You have a bachelor/master or equivalent degree in science, engineering or business management as well as 6-8 years of professional experience in Procurement or related business function
\* You have strong influencing & engagement skills across cultures and functions
\* You enjoy working in a global and virtual environment and are able to lead virtual teams (also without r-line responsibility)
\* You have strategic mindset that is solution and result oriented
\* You have high proficiency level in English
