Position: eCommerce Merchandising Assistant

Rate: $27+ per hour, DOE
Our client, a CPG company that owns many well-known food brands, is looking for freelance help from an eCommerce Merchandising Assistant, 15-20 hours a week, fully remote.
The eCommerce Merchandising Assistant will primarily be focused on digital merchandising plus some eCommerce Marketing initiatives.
Digital & eCommerce Merchandising Assistant Duties:
Aggregate product data from multiple sources into desired retailer template for updating eCommerce product detail pages and assist with Syndicating assets
Managing/auditing the PIM (product database, accessed online) to ensure the catalog is up to date and images are available for customers
Research product detail page requirements and assist in agency/broker management
Work with sales team, broker team and eCommerce Manager to perform marketing admin tasks as assigned
Digital asset management - consolidate assets from various locations into one, details and training will be provided
Ability to push out content through Syndication platforms: Salsify, Syndigo, 1WS, iX-One, Nielsen Brandbank
The Digital & eCommerce Merchandising Assistant will mostly work in Excel and may need to compare data, search for duplicate information in a column, fill out forms, etc. so attention to detail and a willingness to dig for information and research things is key.
This is a fully remote freelance opportunity (15-20 hours/week) starting ASAP after 1 interview!
