The Senior Analyst, Benefits will support the Benefits Manager with the administration of all health and welfare, 401(k) programs and voluntary benefit plans.
Manages day-to-day responsibilities for U.S. medical, prescription drug, vision, dental, FSA/HSA, life insurance and various voluntary benefit plans for active employees, retirees and COBRA participants, as well as international benefit plans.
Assists Benefits Manager with Open Enrollment from planning to execution, including employee communications and webinars, coordinating set-up and testing of HRM system, providing data to vendors and ensuring data integrity for active employees, retirees and COBRA participants.
Assists with preparation of all required benefit plan audits, testing and timely filings (ACA, 5500s, non-discrimination, annual disclosures, etc.).
Gathers and prepares quarterly benefits budget data for benefits consultant.
Facilitates new hire orientation for Corporate office and webinar recordings.
Responds to and troubleshoots benefit-related inquiries/issues from HR and employees.
2 or more years of relevant experience
Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Workday, and Sharepoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication (written & oral) and customer service skills
Ability to adapt & drive change
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision & to independently prioritize workload effectively
Ability to work both independently & within a team
