Job Description



The primary responsibilities of this role, Senior U.S. HR Analytics Specialist, are to:

Align with key stakeholders in the Human Resources (HR) organization and key business leads to support divisional business strategies with people data and HR analytic studies;
Develop and execute the U.S. HR analytics and reporting strategy,focusing on "telling the story" with data to answer key businessworkforce questions;
Expertise of U.S. HR data and systems to enable robust analysis,strategic and actionable insights on HR data;
Collaborate with HR Partners to develop recommendations for action-based HR insights;
Increase credibility of HR Operations and HR data by continued partnership and delivery of high value data tools;
Own full lifecycle of predictive analytics or forecasting models and tools leveraging big data techniques and software;
Work closely with global partners and IT to develop interactive and visual dashboards and other reporting solutions that meet local needs;
Develop moderate to complex ad hoc analytics studies to support more effective HR operations, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, compliance, and Bayer's overall talent strategy;
Provide excellent consulting to our partners within the U.S. HR community, developing and implementing HR analytics process solutions;
Strong collaboration with global partners on HR analytics toensure consistency, quality and integrity of HR analytics processes on global/local levels;
Reduce cost for the whole enterprise by providing data-driven insights to enable smart, efficient business decisions related to people/HR data.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources,Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology with at least seven years of experience or an Master /MS with 5+ years of experience;
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable and intuitive insights/recommendations through concise executive summaries andpresentations;
At least three years of experience with design, delivery, and usage of HR analytics and visualization tools/solutions;
Experience with designing intuitive solutions that are easy to use and understand by non-experts;
Able to collaborate & partner effectively with all levels of the organization to design and implement value-added reporting solutions;
Ability to thrive in environments with constantly shifting business conditions and priorities;
Deep knowledge of HR data, processes, systems and tools;
High degree of analytical skills paired with a solution driven way of working.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP HR data, data structures and other HR systemsand tools;
Experience with current or future reporting/analytical tools in Bayer's portfolio.
