Job Summary:
Performs daily functions related to the revenue cycle and serves as the daily liaison.
Education - Required:
High School Diploma/GED
Experience - Required:
3 years experience in a clerical field.
Experience - Preferred:
3 years experience with billing activity & systems
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Required:
Ability to work well under stress with minimal supervision.
Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
Basic keyboarding skills.
Demonstrates full grasp and implementation of insurances and relative issues.
Effective communications skills with patients, clinicians, non-clinical staff, and others both inside and outside of the network.
Familiarity with Windows, Excel, and Access.
High degree of organization, flexibility, creative problem solving.

We continue to add new facilities, services and programs to a regional campus that now includes hospitals on eight campuses - Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest in Salisbury Township, Lehigh Valley Hospital - 17th Street in Allentown, Lehigh Valley Health Network - Tilghman in Allentown, Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg in Bethlehem, Lehigh Valley Hospital - Hazleton in Luzerne County, Lehigh Valley Hospital - Schuylkill - S. Jackson Street and East Norwegian Street.
