As PMO representative of your function, your main mission is to ensure the TechOps project management governance, standards and process are applied within your Global Function / Production Site. This person will be part of the site PMO by building lean processes for delivering projects on time and aligned with site objectives. The Manager, PMO will also be part of the US Production Supply Chain/PMO team. This person will support the US supply chain team with tools on building and improving planning, scheduling and sourcing processes.
Evaluates SCM value chain to drive better process. This includes everything from manufacturing operations, logistics & warehousing, planning, scheduling, and raw material supply synchronization.
Organize and Facilitate Functional/Site Portfolio Review Board (PRB) when applicable. Facilitate project escalation to TechOps PRB when applicable. As per TechOps Project management guidelines, facilitate implementation of TechOps Project management standards, frameworks, procedures, tools and templates within your function. Participate in the development of further project management tools and templates as required.
Centre of expertise and reference for project stakeholders on questions concerning project management processes, tools and templates.
Ensure the budget process is followed for all your projects in your function. Ensure all required documents are adequately filed out for the budget submission (Project charters & Business cases) Ensure the deadlines for budget submissions are respected.
Acts as a PMO point of contact for senior management stakeholders and Mentors the organization in PMO practices.
Build project portfolios, align stakeholders, ensure meeting timeline, drive accountabilities across teams to deliver the final project objectives, improve PMO Governance process and tools for the site.
Participate in the requirement and use case reviews.
Participate in the systems demo reviews.
Assist in the Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) system implementation within your function. Working Group, Sprint Reviews.
Act as Super-user of the PPM system, providing help and support to your project managers.
Support Supply Chain with on time closure of CAPAs and Deviation and other investigations related to Supply Chain and warehouse
Support Supply chain projects and initiatives.
7+ years' experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within Supply Chain.
2+ years of experience with project management.
1+ year of experience with process improvement.
Lean or Lean Six Sigma Black or green belt highly preferred.
First-rate written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively across the organization.
Excellent analytical skills and strategic agility.
Ability to demonstrate initiative, suggest improvements and establish new processes.
PMP certification desired.
Experience with ERP systems preferably SAP.
Excellent knowledge on Supply Chain process typically related to Manufacturing industry.
Has high leadership and communication skills.
Highly motivated to be self-sufficient and able to operate without close supervision.
Experience applying process improvement methodologies.
Proven exposure to several of the following areas: data analytics, data wrangling, database management, forecasting/business planning, demand planning and information technology.
On time delivery of projects.
Process improvements within Supply Chain.
