As a Digital Customer Demand and Journey Specialist, you will be responsible expanding the TradeLens customer experience from discover through purchase, have oversight and management of digital content and contribute to outbound marketing activities for new customer acquisition and existing customer retention.

Key responsibilities

\* Drive the expansion of the holistic digital customer journey through the standard SaaS stages of discover, learn, try, buy, adopt, and use.
\* Drive this strategy across multiple channels. With a primary focus on digital channels, you will also be responsible for supporting sales enablement and internal stakeholder structures across sales channels in multiple organizations
\* Coordinate with all internal stakeholders such as product design or development, sales, other marketing teams, account management, to keep improving the customer's experience.
\* Define what types of functionality, look, and feel, and messaging will propel customers to the next step in their digital and/or physical engagement journey.
\* Improve the conversion rates during the customer journey, from leads generated to newsletter subscribers or orders placed.
\* Improve velocity of customers through the sales journey
\* Foster loyalty among existing customers, as measured by NPS and relevant churn rates, increasing the average customer lifetime value
\* Have oversight and management of digital content for customers. This includes maintenance of online knowledge hubs, websites, blogs, internal communications.
\* Liaise with internal and external communications teams.
\* Contribute to outbound marketing activities for new customer acquisition.
\* Capture, document, and communicate applicable learnings from customer insights gathered from multiple sources and share with the wider internal teams.
\* Master the four capabilities we will need to compete in the future: marketing automation, personalization, creation of contextual and meaningful interactions, and overall journey innovation
\* Gather and analyze customer data from digital and wider organizational interactions with customers, focusing on the experience design along with product and onboarding.

We are looking for

\* Min. Bachelor's Degree ideally in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications
\* 5+ years experience working in the supply chain and/or industry-related software/technology companies
\* You have the combined skills of a product manager, channel manager, and marketeer.
\* A creative self-starter who has high energy and thrives in an emerging product space .
\* You enjoy working together with people from different disciplines, from a diversity of backgrounds. This broadens your perspective on the world and gives you new insights.
\* It is helpful to have a strong understanding of the container business including relevant IT systems
\* A strategic thinker with the ability to take complex ideas and present them to different audiences and personas
\* Tech-Savvy and able to present and describe technical functionalities to that less-versed in technology
\* Possesses good stakeholder management skills across multiple organizations
\* Exemplary written communication skills
\* Highly collaborative, yet able to function well independently
\* Comfortable with open assignments and/or changing goals and roles
\* Works well under pressure in a highly dynamic environment
