Delphi UX Developer
Whippany
As a Barclays Delphi UX Developer, you will be a member of the Exception Management Technology team who are accountable for building and enhancing the next generation of exception and workflow management. You will be accountable for design and development of strategic exception management platform and enhancements to the current application. You will also be responsible for interacting with the users to understand issues / feedback and actively incorporate the same in developing solutions.

What will you be doing?
\* Creating user centered dashboard designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback, creating screen flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
\* Translating requirements to style guides, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
\* Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components, building, optimizing and maintaining the Delphi front end web application
\* Building data intense dashboards and grids applying data visualization principles
\* Actively maintaining high performance, and responsive UI
\* Writing well tested and documented Javascript, HTML and CSS
\* Integrating backend webservice calls
\* Troubleshooting issues and identifying solutions as and when required
What we're looking for:
\* Experience working with Angular material components and D3 libraries
\* Previous experience working with high volume and interactive grid components such as AG Grid
\* Experience managing / working with off-shore development teams, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent three+ years of experience
Skills that will help you in the role:
\* Excellent communication skills and experience with data visualization techniques
\* Knowledge of Elastic stack and Experience designing applications based on microservices architecture
\* Experience working in cloud technologies including Docker, Kubernetes and Openshift
\* Knowledge of Teamcity / Jenkins build tools
