Technical Lead - VP

Whippany, NJ

As a Barclays Technology Lead - VP, you will oversee the development and delivery of initiatives for Banking CRM and CRM projects on the platform. You will manage a development team, work with business stakeholders, internal PM/BA team, testers, RTB and other technology teams to ensure on time and successful delivery of the CRM roadmap. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your hands-on software experience and application development background within a dynamic and agile environment.

What will you be doing?

\* You will be responsible for managing and delivering CRM projects and roadmap

\* Building and managing the CRM team of ~10 developers

\* Collaborating with cross-functional IT teams for CRM integration to define, deliver and maintain solutions

\* Heading architecture and design discussions for CRM systems

\* Building and maintaining relationship with key stakeholders within technology and business

\* Participating and taking leadership roles in driving various IT initiatives (DevOps, Cloud Migration, Obsolence etc.)

\* Using excellent interpersonal skills to build close relationships with senior stakeholders (mostly MDs and Directors) in Banking

\* Interacting with internal audit teams, compliance and data privacy teams, and working on regulatory requirements

What we're looking for:

\* Significant years of programming, architectural and managerial experience ideally in top Investment Banking/Financial/Consulting space (Five+ years)

\* Experience managing development teams and working in a globally distributed environment

\* Extensive experience in software development using various programming languages like JAVA, .NET, HTML, JavaScript etc.

\* Five+ years of experience in building out CRM/Deal management applications for top Investment Bank with experience of vendor platform like SalesForce

Skills that will help you in the role:

\* Three+ years of experience with Salesforce

\* Proven track record of successfully architecting and executing large software and delivering on time in top tier Investment Banking

\* Deep understanding of SDLC and software application development

\* Excellent problem solving skills, logical process thinking and end-to-end system concepts
