Cloud Risk and Control Manager Vice President (VP)
As a Barclays Cloud Risk and Control Manager VP, you will be responsible for strengthening the control environment for Cloud across operational risk horizontals including: Technology Risk, Information Security Risk, Data Management Risk, Operational Resilience Planning, Third Party Risk Management \[TPRM\] and Cyber Risk themes. In this exciting opportunity you will provide control business partnership services to the business which allow for targeted control focused interventions to fix and/or modify controls and assurance.

What will you be doing?
\* Acting as the point of coordination and syndication of Cloud risk across relevant operational risk taxonomies
\* Being the SME on Cloud controls, partnering with horizontal owners to strengthen policies and standards, transformation and service management
\* Partnering with SME in the Control business team to strengthen operational risk taxonomy, control framework for change and management of Cloud
\* Using global regulatory Risk & Control frameworks for Cloud outsourcing, partner with Compliance to promote requirements transitioning change program
\* Supporting Senior Managers in the discharge of their responsibilities, including but not limited to advising on and attending regulatory briefings
\* Support Cloud Chief Controls (CCO) Director and CCO Control business partnering Director in ensuring a satisfactory control environment is sustained
\* Taking responsibility for own personal and career development, working in a way that is aligned fully to Barclays Values and Barclays Mindset
What we're looking for:
\* Familiar with Cloud technology and definitions \[IAAS/PAAS/SAAS\], with ISO standards on Third Party Risk Management \[ISO 27017\], with current financial regulations \[FFEIC\]
\* Experience of working on the design and implementation of controls improvement initiatives
\* Experience of reviewing of operational risk policy & standards, preparing gap analysis and delivering actions to complete changes
Skills that will help you in the role:
\* Working knowledge/practical experience of the regulations/standards of relevant industry bodies and organizations. \[NIST, ISO, FFEIC\], of Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) Cloud
\* Controls Matrix (CCM), of ISO/IEC 27017:2015 guidelines for information security controls applicable to the provision and use of cloud services, of FFIEC Security in a Cloud
\* Environment Holding or studying towards (ISC) Certified Cloud Security Professional or similar
\* Holding or studying towards relevant technical cloud technical qualifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or similar
