Service Management Lead
As a Barclays Service Management Lead you will be accountable for the Cost, Risk and Performance of one or more Workplace and Collaboration(WP&C) Services, being the WP&C representative and primary point of contact for US Stakeholders and colleagues. The role holder will ensure the Collaboration Services are managed to meet and exceed our customers' requirements and delivered in line with our governance, control and security policies. This role plays a significant part in ensuring the appropriate service management is in place.

What will you be doing?
\* Leading and manage Service Level Managers to ensure the operational performance of Workplace and Collaboration(WP&C) Services are delivered against defined SLAs.
\* Accounting for owning and driving continuous service improvements.
\* Implementing and delivering adherence to Service Management Governance and ITIL processes.
\* Own and maintain relationships with key internal and external suppliers
\* Building strong relationships with Senior leaders across GTIS and the Business community with focus on US stakeholders and colleagues
\* Coordinating technical, service performance and service operations resource across WP&C and GTIS to ensure and achieve optimum service performance.
\* Being the principal point of US business contact and facilitate widespread adoption of best practices of one of more Services within WP&C.
What we're looking for:
\* ITIL foundation certificate and service related topics (Service Level Management, Continuous Service Improvement, Service Strategy etc.)
\* Experience of working in a global organisation preferably spanning infrastructure, applications and/or operational environments.
\* Experience of end user and collaboration technologies
Skills that will help you in the role:
\* Awareness of Barclay's processes and general organization structure.
\* ITIL Foundation Certified
\* MS Office and Excel proficient
