Networks Technology Sourcing Manager
Whippany
As a Barclays Networks Technology Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for managing commercial deals and work collaboratively and strategically with the internal teams to deliver a consistently high quality product and service. You will focus primarily on executing deals in Global Technology Infrastructure Services (GTIS) where there they will support deals predominantly within the End User Compute, Voice and Contract Centre areas.

What will you be doing?
\* Working within a team of Sourcing Managers responsible for the delivery of deals primarily for Group Technology with third parties
\* Working with Pod Leaders, Supplier Managers and key Business Users to agree strategy that will optimise supplier costs enabling the business to maintain service levels and minimise risk
\* Leading commercial negotiations with relevant suppliers to ensure Barclays receive best value for money and associated cost savings
\* Providing support to junior members of the sourcing team. Develop issue and manage RFIs and RFPs as appropriate to find sourcing solution to meets business and commercial requirements
\* Liaise with legal for the negotiation of large agreements to ensure favourable contractual terms and to mitigate key risks
\* Engaging with key business owners aligned to our policies and control areas to ensure mitigation of business risks
\* Ensuring robust SLA's are in place with suppliers, contracts are successfully handed over to supplier managers and manage high value projects through internal governance and controls
\* Interacting at senior level both internally and externally across Barclays business units globally and must possess relevant interpersonal skills
What we're looking for:
\* Proven experience of leading and delivering strategic sourcing projects within the EUC & Voice technology area.
\* Firm understanding of EUC, Voice and Contact Centre supplier base.
\* Ability to lead a number highly complex RFPs and Demonstrate capability to multitask and prioritise workload
\* Stakeholder management with excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
