Personal Assistant

As a Barclays Personal Assistant, you will be providing secretarial administration support to Managing Director & Directors within Global Technology Infrastructure Services (GTIS). GTIS is accountable for delivering and supporting resilient, secure infrastructure technology and services that enables our colleagues to create opportunities for Barclays' customers and clients to rise.

What will you be doing?
\* Taking ownership of tasks given
\* Working accurately and effectively under pressure whilst remaining calm and composed
\* Being proactive, with the ability to think ahead
\* Working independently
What we're looking for:
\* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
\* Strong team player with willingness to help
\* Organized and confident, flexible and resilient
\* Great attention to detail, able to maintain discretion and confidentiality
Skills that will help you in the role:
\* Financial institution experience preferred
\* Knowledge of Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Teams, PPT desirable
