As a Barclays ProdOps Manager this is an exciting opportunity where you will provide live systems support to the Barclays Workplace & Collaboration environment and work collaboratively with other L3 teams for various shift left activities with a key focus on Automation /simplification & Continuous service improvements.

What will you be doing?
\* Proactive monitoring, system checks, SOD Reports, house-keeping and scheduled maintenance activities
\* Providing 24 x 7 (rota) 2nd Line Specialist support for all core and non-core messaging technologies
\* Working on DCR Test to support the BCM Team, assist Platform team on booking servers for Quarterly patching & pre-post checks, Capacity Management
\* Being responsible for handling the Request for fulfilment of the new asks
\* Providing full support and best service in event of any service or operational escalation
\* Assessing, planning, testing and implementing BAU change into Production environment, adhering to bank's governance and control procedures
\* You will continually be reviewing innovative solutions and service improvements within Infrastructure and Applications
\* Ensuring compliance to the input of data and information into service management, operational tools and systems
What we're looking for:
\* College Degree or equivalent experience
\* Experience required in Exchange On premise & (Exchange Online), M365 Services
\* Working knowledge on Exchange or O365, Azure AD, Mobility technologies like UEM, BBW, Mobile iron or Intune, MS Skype or Teams, Citrix Apps & Desktop
\* Very good understanding of IT infrastructure and systems integration in enterprise environment
Skills that will help you in the role:
\* ITIL Foundation, Office 365 (Exchange Online, Azure AD, Microsoft Intune)
\* (MCITP) - Enterprise Messaging administrator 2016/19, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
\* Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain focused and organized
\* Ability to effectively delegate responsibility and supervise work activities of others
