Marketing Approval Workflow (MAW) Technical Lead
Whippany, NJ
As a Barclays Marketing Approval Workflow (MAW) Technical Lead, you will contribute to the "Day 2" build out of this Salesforce hosted application, which includes building strategic distribution controls for our marketing materials. The Marketing Approval Workflow tool on Salesforce is used to streamline, manage and oversee the approval process for all of the firm's client-facing marketing material, making sure only the latest, approved versions of documents are distributed to clients on public and/or authenticated platforms.

What will you be doing
\* You will be responsible for developing the BAU enhancements and new functionality for the MAW application on the Salesforce platform using built-in, out of the box features
\* Building custom components (lightning and/or lightning web) on top of native Salesforce as required by business to fulfil regulatory and audit requirements
\* Integrating non-Salesforce Java applications to provide robust solution for downstream consumption of data
\* Collaborating and communicating with architects, developers, operations, and business stakeholders to implement solutions
\* Reviewing code and solutions created by the team to ensure quality, maintainability, and security standards defined by Barclays
What we're looking for:
\* B.S. degree in Computer Science or related engineering related field
\* Five+ years of experience in backend Java development and database queries
\* Two+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Lightning components)
\* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to see bigger picture
Skills that will help you in the role:
\* Certification in Salesforce Administration or Development desired
\* Experience with Salesforce Admin tools (Process automation, integration, flows) highly desirable
\* Previous experience with Lightning Web Component development a plus
\* Understanding of / Experience with Salesforce Reporting tools and Security practices
