Job Description
Our client needs a Desktop Support Specialist who is willing to travel extensively to client sites.
This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Requirements of the Desktop Support Specialist:
3+ years of experience
Windows troubleshooting and support experience
Basic network troubleshooting and support experience
Basic hardware troubleshooting experience
Microsoft O365 knowledge
High level of emotional intelligence
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Ability to provide exceptional service to all customers
Ability to perform root cause analysis
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
