Job Description

 

SUMMARY OF POSITION
Act as a liaison between Alvogen/Almatica and the customer in order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Receive calls to resolve basic to moderately complex customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
The Customer Service Representative Reports to the Manager Customer Service and has no direct reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibilities of this role include the following:

Order Entry, order processing, shipment tracking and patient product replacements
Answers inbound customer service calls, resolve/ facilitate solutions for customer concerns
Maintain customer database through accurate and timely data entry. Updates may include customer contact information, license copies, service related updates, and financial data.
Provide amicable resolution and reliable follow-up with the customer
Provide dependable service while being available and open to the customer
Ensure excellent communication between internal and external customers
Handling misships, shortage, overage and damage claims for customers
Partner with Third Party Logistics team on customer shipments
Other duties as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS
College coursework or degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience / Previous pharmaceutical experience desired
Excellent written and oral skills
Requires knowledge of products and/or services
Ability to project a professional and positive attitude with both internal and external customers
Ability to read, comprehend and carry out simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos furnished in written, oral, or schedule form
Ability to handle/ calculate simple math equations, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate and percent.
