Design & define the Patient Services capabilities of biopharma manufacturers for complex specialty product portfolios & chronic diseases such as cancer, arthritis & multiple sclerosis. Uncover patient, caregiver & healthcare provider (HCP) needs across specialty therapeutics & indications to develop a clear understanding of key pain points requiring manufacturer support. Design & recommend Patient Support Programs to be developed addressing key pain points including types of support services to be implemented. Facilitate build & implementation of support programs by creating & managing project plans, client communication, timelines, etc. Oversee junior-level employees & train existing & new team members on multiple areas of project-related & internal processes.
Must have either:
* Masterís degree or foreign equivalent in Microbiology, Pharmacy Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences or another relevant field & 2 years of experience in the life sciences and/or pharma space OR
* Bachelorís degree or foreign equivalent in Microbiology, Pharmacy Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences or another relevant field & 5 years of experience in the life sciences and/or pharma space.
