YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, North America Talent Acquisition Lead, are to:
Own the development, launch and execution of the regional Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy, integrating Global TA strategies and objectives with local business and market demands;
Develop effective, collaborative relationships with regional business leaders, Talent Leads and Human Resources (HR), elevating TA engagement, influencing talent and skills strategy decisions;
Collaborate and inform workforce and demand planning needed to both scale delivery teams to meet forecast volume and create targeted pipelines of quality diverse talent ahead of demand;
Combine direct reports and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner resources across region to embed excellence and inclusivity into the full hiring lifecycle - ensuring a consistently excellent candidate and hiring manager experience;
Contribute to Global TA strategies and initiatives as a member of the TA Leadership team;
Take ownership for selected global or local projects and workstreams designed to improve TA capabilities and user experiences;
Develop and refresh TA programs on a regional or country basis to support referral policies and programs, diversity partnerships, hiring manager training and guidance and internal mobility campaigns;
Drive the implementation of global strategy through regional initiatives such as:
Employer brand initiatives;
Strategic skills pipelining and hiring;
Evolution of assessment and selection process;
Early Careers Strategy and University Relations Key Tasks;
TA Performance;
Collaborate with Employer Brand Center of Excellence (COE) to develop brand and attraction strategies and content regional and local specific campaigns;
Drive innovation and collaboration across regional and global Talent Acquisition delivery and COE functions;
Own regional budget requirements for business funding, optimizing Return on Investment (ROI);
Regularly review fulfilment of service commitments and TA performance metrics, partnering with delivery and operations teams to identify targeted improvement interventions. Provide TA performance updates to key business and HR stakeholders within the region;
Interpret and assess changing external talent marketplace, competitor activities and capabilities and their potential impacts on recruiting to inform and refine recruiting strategies and ensure Bayer maintains competitive.

Required Qualifications:
Significant experience in HR and proven experience in Talent Acquisition with experience leading people or TA COE functions with strategic and operational expertise in talent acquisition ideally across multiple geographies;
Proven experience in designing, driving, and executing a large HR Transformation;
Ability to consult, advise and influence senior business and HR leaders on TA matters and priorities and their business impacts;
Strong awareness of TA practices and legal/ regulatory requirements in the different countries within the region to which you are aligned;
Leveraging technology as an enabler for within Talent Acquisition;
Strong cross-cultural interpersonal skills with the ability to forge strong relationships across geographies within your region and the global TA function;
Advocate and passion for Inclusion and Diversity;
Future focused collaborates across TA and with RPO partners to drive continuous improvement that will positively impact efficiency and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree is preferred.
