PROJECT MANANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (Middlesex, NJ): with the use of proj. mgmt analysis/techniques, oversee construction proj. from conception to completion; ensure comp. with safety/building reg. standards; develop proj. plans/reqs., including schedules, staffing, budgets; negotiate/manage construction contract bids/permits; inspect/procure construction equip.; monitor proj. milestones/objectives. Bachelor’s (or equiv. qualifications through suitable combination of at least 2 yrs. of education/training/exp.) in Project Management or rel. + 2 yrs exp. in project budgeting, permitting/forecasting/tracking proj. milestones, development/analysis of KPIs.
